Route 20 / Reinking Road Roundabout Project
This is an IDOT / City of Elgin project for the construction of a roundabout at Route 20 and Reinking Road in the Spring of 2025. This City of Elgin project is expected to be completed over a six-month timeframe. During construction, Reinking Road between the roundabout and Public Street will be completely closed. IDOT has provided detailed detour maps which are available here for viewing We will keep Village residents informed of project updates as they are provided.
