The Village of Pingree Grove will host a public hearing on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 7:00 pm, to consider the approval of the proposed Heritage Redevelopment Project Area Tax Increment Financing Eligibility Report and Redevelopment Plan and Project – “the Redevelopment Plan and Project” – in the Village’s Heritage District.
The aim of the Redevelopment Plan is the revitalization of the Redevelopment Project Area as an attractive, regionally significant mixed-use district which will contribute to the health and vitality of Pingree Grove. The goals and objectives of the Redevelopment Plan are consistent with those articulated in the 2015 Village of Pingree Grove Comprehensive Plan found on the Village’s website:
