Community Events Committee

Overview

The Village of Pingree Grove Community Events Committee is composed of volunteer residents appointed by the Village President, with the advice and consent of the Village Board. The Community Events Committee members schedule, plan, organize and administer community events that are open to residents and the general public. Events are always free and include the Independence Day celebration, tree lighting ceremony, village-wide garage sale, and other events planned throughout the year. Agendas & Minutes

The Community Events Committee meets several times a year on an as-needed basis.  Agenda for scheduled meetings are posted online prior to the meetings. Meeting minutes are posted following approval.
